Spinal tap Making Making sequel 41 has an official title and release date. Spine Tap II: The end continues It will arrive at the theater on September 12th, 2025.
The sequel is courtesy of Bleecker Street, which handles the US theatrical distribution. A newly restored version from 1984 in anticipation of the sequel’s release This is a spine faucet It will be shown in theaters this summer and will then be available for the first time in years on digital and streaming platforms.
Spine Tap II: The end continues The original cast members, Christopher guests Michael McKeane and Harry Shearer, recreated their iconic roles as spine tap band members Nigel Tufnell, David St. Habbins and Derek Small, for “One Last Concert.” Rob Reiner also recreates his role as documentarian Martin “Marty” DiBelge (in addition to serving as an actual film director).
They will be joined by an all-star cameo cast that includes musical legends, Sir Elton John, Sir Paul McCartney, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Fran Drescher, Fran Drescher, Don Lake, John Michael Higgins, Nina Conti, Griffin Matthews, Kelly Godreiman and Chris Addison.
