New trailer for South Park Season 27 It has been released.
Created by Matt Stone and Tray Parker, South Parker debuted in August 1997. The adult animation sitcom became a huge hit and went on for 26 seasons. However, it has been a while since South Park’s new season was wrapped in March 2023.
In the interim, South Park: Pandaverse, South Park (not suitable for children), South Park: The End of Obesity, the first two were released in 2023 and the latter in 2024.

When is the release date for South Park Season 27?
South Park Season 27 premieres at Comedy Central on Wednesday, July 9th, 2025.
The trailer features an unforgettable remix of the iconic “Blame Canada” song featured in the 1999 films South Park: Bigger, Longe and Noncut. Though he lost to Phil Collins’ Tarzan’s “You Are In My Heart,” he was nominated for an Academy Award for the Academy Award.
The trailer shows a plane crash, a statue of Diddy and Liberty being pulled down, and Randy asks her daughter Shelley.
Parker and Stone told Vanity Fair in September 2024 that they “deliberately” did not announce the New South Park season in the 2024 presidential election. “We tried to do South Park through four or five presidential elections. That’s very difficult. It’s a very big scramble and it seems like it’s very important,” Stone said at the time.
Currently, all 26 seasons of South Park can be streamed on Max.
