The final episode of Severance Season 2 can now be streamed on Apple TV+. Although no premier dates have been set yet, it was announced earlier today that the show has officially been renewed for the third season.

What did Severance’s Ben Stiller say about how the audience should feel about Outie and Innie Mark?

Speaking to Variety, Stiller was asked if the audience’s loyalty should match the inie or out mark, given everything that will happen at the end of retirement season 2.

“That’s what I love – you don’t know,” answered Stiller. “I don’t know how you should feel. With such a deep history in Episode 7, our hope is that there is also a lot of investment in Mark and Gemma’s relationship.

In the finale of Retirement Season 2, Mark, played by Adam Scott, decides to stay in Lemont’s hall as “Innie” self alongside Helly (Britt Lower).

Regarding Mark’s decision and what’s coming next for him and Helly, creator Dan Erickson said, “We’re going to talk about where your head is in that final moment. I don’t think they’re necessarily planning that they’re running. They know what exists. They have to find a way to stay on that floor.”
