Trevor Aliza He called for the terms and conditions of the custody agreement for him and his ex-wife, Brie Anderson.
The former NBA star noted that his marginalized partner is not formally involved in raising a child and has maintained in inconsistent contact with him over the years.
In January 2024, Trevor and Brie completed the settlement following the controversial divorce battle that began when they filed for divorce in 2022 after four years of marriage and two children, Tristan and Taylor.

The former laker star insisted on his ex-wife, Brie, only texted, and sometimes called his 14-year-old son. According to court documents, Trevor is currently requesting that the current joint legal and physical custody agreement be amended to grant him full custody.
He said his son felt more comfortable around him, revealing that “other parents were not complying with court orders and not picking up the child on the day of order.”
Trevor emphasized that he will meet the needs of his children and provide food, shelter, clothing, education and healthcare. He noted that the child had no connection to his previous wife.
To his contact, Trevor said the child has been with him for over a year, but his mother has barely maintained contact.

The former basketball player agreed to pay his ex-wife $10,000 child support
In their divorce settlement, Trevor agreed to pay $10,000 a month in child support for their children. In particular, his recent claims did not require reductions in these payments.
Additionally, Trevor was able to make a one-time lump sum payment of $664,000 to Bree, allowing him to waive any claims for future spouse assistance. As part of the deal, Brie received the house in San Diego and Trevor held the property in Los Angeles.

The athlete declared his financial information during the divorce battle
During their divorce proceedings, Trevor claimed that his income had dropped significantly since his time in the NBA.
He said he is focused on reducing his overhead costs as he no longer makes around $192,000 a month. Following his 18-year career in professional basketball, he is no longer active as a player.
“The last team I played was the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2021-2022 NBA season. I don’t have any wages or approval income anymore,” Trevor said in 2023.
Trevor declared his financial portfolio in court documents, saying that around $438,278 in cash, $1.9 million has been invested in stocks and bonds, and an additional $6 million is tied to the real estate.

He also revealed that he will pay $13,000 a month in child support from his previous relationship. His financial report outlined the range of monthly expenses, including $13,000 rent, $8,900 childcare, $1,500 groceries and $12,000 dedicated to entertainment and gifts.
Sportsmen also get $22,000 a month payout in addition to $1,400 for maintenance and various bills.

In 2022, Blast reported that Bree had settled legal costs by requesting a massive total of $250,000 from the athlete. Justifying her demand for financial support, she argued that there was a considerable financial difference between her and the basketball player.
In addition to this, Brie argued that she was a mother staying with two young children and that her estranged husband maintains control of the family’s assets and accounts.
She accused Trevor of refusing to disclose information about their finances and refusing to weaponize his position in controlling her during and after the marriage.
Brie explained that her ex-husband agreed that she would not work and chose to become the only provider to explain her financial situation.
