“We were together for four years, so when we moved together, I think I’m probably probably,” Brown said. “We had dogs together and we were caring for animals. We started this everyday life. I thought, ‘Oh, I don’t think I could see you anything else.’ ”

I’m already so young, so I’ve never talked about it with a boy anyway,” she explained. “But to be able to even think about those things, I was like, ‘Yes.’
Brown was sure of his feelings, but admitted that he was unsure whether Bongiovie felt the same while he proposed.

“We talked about marriage, but we really didn’t know when it would happen, and when he suggested it, it seemed to make sense. Everything coincided,” she shared.

Brown also believes in strong examples of lasting love between both parents, as he is confident in committing to marriage. “His parents got married so young. They’re high school lovers,” she said.
“My parents got married really young. They met when they were 19. So, like a really young marriage, we were really raising great role models, so it wasn’t different.”
These positive examples Brown described gave her and Bongiovi the belief that young love can endure.
“You see nothing else,” she added, expressing optimism about their future.
