The duo met while filming the film Midnight in the Switchgrass At the beginning of 2020, and the film production was stopped amid the coronavirus, but the star still struck that spring romantic relationship following Megan’s split Brian Austingleen.
The actress appeared in MGK’s music video for “Bloody Valentine.” The relationship was then made public and they were inseparable throughout the summer. The couple traveled to Puerto Rico in July 2020 to resume filming for the film, but MGK couldn’t stop rave reviews in the press for his love. Despite some bumps along the way, they became one of the most prominent couples in Hollywood.
In November 2024, the pair announced they were expecting their first child together, and Megan revealed they were pregnant. However, shortly afterwards, the report claimed that the two had broken up by December 2024. Despite their separation, the couple welcomed their first child, the daughter, on March 27, 2025.“ The artist captioned his post.
