BBC is partnering with ZDF for future developments Kill Eve The first part titled, Honeyfollows the origins of the young Carolyn Martens. The character was originally played by Fiona Shaw in a show led by Sandra Oha and Jody Kommer. Her performance as MI6 head won her two Emmy Award nominations for her best supporting actress.
Called the Dark Comic Spy Drama, Honey is a six-part series that is welcomed for killing Eve’s producer Sid Gentle Films. It was created by Emma Moran, an extraordinary scribe who co-wrotes the show with Emme Hui (Renegade Nell). Executive producers include Moran, Sally Woodward Gentle and Lee Morris, produced by Christopher Hall.

Based on Luke Jennings’ 2017 novel, the original Killing Eve series centers around Oh Eve Polastri, a Mi5 officer who suddenly gets involved in the infamous, eccentric assassin portrayed by Comer. Her insight into female assassins led Eve to enlist in Carolyn Martens’s masked division with MI6. As they continued to play the cat and mouse game, Eve and Villanelle began to get equally enthralled with each other.
