Kelly Pickler claims she is violating court denial
Kelly filed court documents on March 28th, demanding that the judge block the subpoena from his former in-laws Reid and Sharon Jacobs. The couple submitted subpoena to gather testimony from her, and collected the return of property belonging to her late husband, Kyle.

Kelly and her previous step-in-law have been caught up in a legal battle over the property of her late husband for months.
After Kelly refused to serve as the property manager, Reed and Sharon took on the role and issued a subpoena calling for the return of various items belonging to their deceased son.
