Kanye West’s Yeezy denies all fraud in hostile workspace lawsuits

Ye’s fashion empire is clapping hard at a group of teenage collaborators’ lawsuits. They don’t just drop the lawsuit. They argue that the cases are built on facts.
In a new court filing, Yeezy requires plaintiffs to cover legal costs for the brand. YE’s legal team claims there is no evidence in the claim and is trying to unfairly lock the company into liability for actions allegedly taken by unrelated individuals.
“Instead, the complaint relies on the alleged conclusions and seeks to hold Yeezy LLC liable for any conduct allegedly committed by another person or entity without establishing any facts or legal basis for doing so,” the filing said.

Yeezy hit with a default decision push of $2.4 million after ignoring the lawsuit

The company reportedly ignored a bomb lawsuit accusing teenage workers of exploiting them, and the plaintiffs fought back in search of a default ruling worth $2.4 million.
Each plaintiff demanded $300,000 in damages, but the lawyers demanded compensation for unpaid wages, emotional trauma and punitive damages.
The lawyers accused Yeezy of alleged misconduct, cautiously accusing him of “recruiting minors” and “exposed to minors, abusive working conditions and refused to pay for their work.”
The legal team argued that punitive damages were required to punish Yeezy and prevent similar treatment of future workers.
The teenage developer said $120,000 was promised

Ye and his former chief of staff, Milo Iannopoulos, were appointed as the driving force behind the exploitative work environment that allegedly emitted the teenage developer emotionally and financially.
The group claimed that they had completed the streaming app for Ye’s Vulture 2 rollout and had been promised $120,000 if they “accepted working conditions” without objection.
Despite meeting the deadline on May 24, 2024, the team claimed Yeezy was ghosted and not compensated.
Instead, the teens also alleged that they were pressured to sign a threatened NDA and later forced to sign a “volunteer” contract, and waived their salaries entirely.
Working remotely, the group regularly updated Ye and Yiannopoulos via Slack and other platforms.

Kanye West’s team loses Milo Iannoporus with controversial adult content

In the ongoing legal drama, Yiannopoulos has resigned as Ye’s chief of staff and distanced himself towards Yeezy’s adult content.
The explosion reported that his resignation was not directly linked to hostile workplace lawsuits, but rather to a new venture of stars into the porn industry.
In his formal resignation letter, he revealed that contributing to adult material, as a recovery addict and former gay, has posed a “immediate risk” in his life.
Expressing his hopes for Ye’s future efforts, Yiannopoulos also expressed skepticism about the rapper’s new team, urging him to move forward.
He also left the possibility of returning and said he would be willing to serve again if the company “publicly and permanently” removed its adult content ambitions.
With both sides being delved into it, the question is whether Kanye “Ye” West will leave unharmed, or whether this lawsuit will ultimately break the basis for his empire.
