K-dramas in September 2024 & Their Release Dates

September 2024 is set to bring promising K-drama sets to avid fans. We saw some new releases in August, but next month we will follow with the much-anticipated K-Drama release and an interesting plotline. Fans can choose from a variety of genres, including thriller, historical, mystery, romance, and a few more. These upcoming shows will also be available on major streaming platforms that are enjoyed by audiences around the world.

As of this writing, the release of K-Drama, scheduled for September, will include Soulbusters, Judges from Hell, Lady OK’s Tale, My Hari and more. Soul Buster

Soul Busters is a Disney and K-drama that will premiere at 4pm KST on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024. The drama follows the story of Dongban Yoo Bin (Kim Dong Wook), the tall and intelligent head of the police station murder squad. He rejects the famous offer to become a permanent professor at a foreign university, and volunteers to become the head of a low-ranked murder squad. The series also stars Park Ji Ho Wang, Seo Hyun Woo and Park Sae Wang.

Judge from Hell

Judges from Hell is the long-awaited K-drama, which will premiere on SBS on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 10pm. You can also stream on Disney Plus. The series follows the journey of an elite judge named Kang Bit-Na (Park Shinhye), known for her cold attitude and lack of empathy. However, people do not realize that the devil owns a judge sent to Earth to kill evil people and send them to hell. She eventually meets Han Dan Oh (Kim Jae-young), a kind and caring detective, and the two begin to influence each other’s lives.

The Story of Lady Ok

Tale of Lady Ok is an upcoming historic K-drama that will air on JTBC on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 10:30pm on KST. Details about the drama streaming remain unknown. Set in the Joseon era, it follows the story of legal expert Ok Tae-Young (Lim Ji-Yeon). She is smart and talented and never thinks about it again before helping people. However, she had groomed secrets about her identity, including her name, her husband, and other fakes. Eventually, she meets storyteller Chung Seung Wee (Chu Young Woo).

To my haeri

My haeri will premiere at KST at 10pm on Monday, September 23, 2024 at ENA. The drama follows the journey of veteran but unpopular announcer Joo Eun-Ho (Shin Hee-Sun). Due to a personal traumatic experience, she develops another personality named Joo-Hee-Ri. He has an optimistic attitude and works as a parking accompanying person. She meets with former boyfriend and popular announcer Jong Hyun-O (Lee Jin Wook). But he is suffering from deep emotional pain. They help each other through their struggle. For now, streaming details for the series remain unknown.

What comes after love

Coming after Love is the highly anticipated K-Drama, which will premiere on Coupang Play on September 27, 2024. This drama follows the story of Choi Hong (Lee Se-young), a Korean student studying in Japan. She crosses the road with Aoki Jungo (Sakaguchi Kentaro) and falls in love soon. The two spend quality time with each other, but they break up quickly because they have different perspectives on life and love. A few years later, the two met again in Korea and together they looked back on their memories. Meanwhile, the drama will be available to stream on Amazon Prime videos.

Iron Family

Iron Family is KBS K-Drama, which will premiere on Saturday, September 28th, 2024 at 7:55pm KST. The storyline follows Choi Bol, Sae-O Kang-ju (Kim Jun-hyun), who belongs to the wealthiest family in the neighborhood. He worked as a senior director of a conglomerate and met university alumni Lee Da Lim (Geum Sae-Rok) for an exciting experience. Meanwhile, the family of Lee Da-Rim runs a popular laundry shop. She has lost most of her vision, but she hopes to regain her vision. The two embark on an unforgettable journey.
