Williams dismissed her claim in his latest court filing, saying, “Why Allin never presented a single example of “bullying” or something, in order to make a volatile, conclusionful statement that has nothing to do with reality.”
Williams also accused his ex-wife of destructive behaviour and claimed that she repeatedly ignored their custody agreement. He argued that “to ask Allin to follow orders or to hold my ground during her intrusive attempts would immediately raise this claim that she is being bullied.”
He detailed an instance in which she withdrew the child’s passport, removed them from school on the designated day, and allegedly misunderstood the extracurricular schedule so that he would not attend.

To contact, Williams further claimed that Drake Lee frequently registers children at camp without consulting him, and then expects him to cover the costs.

In his submission, the two fathers also demand only legal custody for their child’s medical care, and claims Drakeley is “military and evasive” when it comes to making important health decisions.
Also, Williams, who is seeking to amend his current custody agreement, claims that she took it, demanding that Drakeley return the apple watch he bought for her daughter.
The statement reads, “The court orders Allin to return the Apple Watch immediately and warns her that she has a watch and other items she has given to her children.”
Adding fuel to the fire, Williams accused his ex-wife of blocking some of his children and his fassety time calls and not providing any information about her new boyfriend.

How the actor’s promotion to change sparked his ex-wife’s claim
The TV personality’s pushback to his ex-wife’s bullying accusations didn’t come out of nowhere. The claims appear to have surfaced when he tried to change their custody arrangements.
As soon as Williams called for a change to the agreement, his ex-wife quickly opposed his request with strong accusations. At the time, she seemed open to giving Williams more time with her children, but on the condition that he was in custody whenever he left town.
But Drake Lee’s reaction didn’t stop there. In her court application, she alleged that Williams was “bullying, threatening and harassing.” “Jesse wants handcuffs (Arin) to the orders, ignoring most of his own rules,” her application stated.

She further argued that Williams’ proposed changes had made it more in response to his convenience “at the expense of our child’s mental, psychological, emotional and physical health.”

The court ordered Williams and Drakeley to resolve custody disagreements through mediation. The legal directive required them to either reach a resolution independently or face a video conference hearing scheduled for March 10, 2025.
Blast reports that the former couple had previously agreed to a custody schedule and allowed Williams to stay twice with their children during the school year. The 43-year-old felt the arrangement was inadequate.
He officially challenged the agreement in September, determined to spend more time with his children. In a detailed court declaration, he highlighted the difficulties that the current schedule poses.

Williams even moved close to his ex-wife to deal with his parenting responsibilities, but his efforts did not ease the logistical struggle. Frequent forward and backward transitions reportedly proved to be “unnecessarily challenging” for children.

Williams also pushed for a 50/50 custody arrangement, claiming that the current setup would not only disrupt his child’s daily life, but also force unnecessary interactions with his mother.
He claimed he deserved the same amount of time as the children and emphasized their strong bond. Beyond custody, Williams also requested an answer about Drakeley’s new boyfriend.
He revealed that she informed him in April that the man had already met the child and had been added to the school’s pickup list.
Frustrated by her lack of transparency, Williams urged the court to request that details be shared. “I’m not interested in Allin’s personal life. I care about the safety of my children,” he declared.
