According to the arrest report Victoria Goodwin (via TMZ), Goodwin was charged last week with murder and solicitation to commit a conspiracy. The report specifically states that Goodwin could break out of his marriage to Aaron in a Florida prison, “Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. It’s not a divorce.”

Victoria is currently on a $100,000 bail and is still considered to be in police custody.

The report also noted that Goodwin provided information on Aaron’s location and various filming information while in California last October.

Police say she had taken over $11,000 to pay someone on the plot of suspected, and in a text message to the inmate, Victoria asked about the plot, “He’s asleep in his hotel room now. … You need to know what’s going on. Can you get an update? Is it over?”

According to a report by TMZ, police only learned about the plot after discovering that the inmates in prison were in prison. However, it is unclear exactly what happened in the October incident. In a police statement, Victoria denied that she wanted her husband to be killed, saying she was simply fantasizing about being without her husband. She also said that she couldn’t remember to send the text and that the money was taken for other things.

Aaron and Victoria got married in 2022 at a ghost mansion in Disneyland. In a statement to TMZ, Goodwin believes he is in a happy marriage and says he is “blinded and devastated” by the events that took place.
