What happens in the dark side of the Power Rangers clip?
This video features two creatives: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. It reminded me of the days when the regular Thuy Trang of the series missed the script in front of studio executives. Tran originally portrayed the role of Trini Kwan/Yellow Ranger during the first two seasons. However, due to a dispute between payments and contracts, she left the show in the middle of season 2, along with cast members Austin St. John and Walter Emmanuel Jones. In 2001, Tran was unfortunately killed in a car accident at the age of 27.
“Every kid in the 90s remembers the ultimate live-action, superhero show, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Beneath the bright spandex and high-flying karate kicks, there is a harsh reality of tragedy and scandal.” “Viewers will see unprecedented footage of a fan-turned gunman who had one horrifying mission. To assassinate the show’s most legendary star. And a few years later, the same actor will meet a tough fate.”
The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers originally premiered in 1993 and adapted stock footage from the Japanese television series Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger. Following its premiere, the series became a cultural phenomenon, creating not only series-based spinoffs and film Rittany, but also huge lines of toys, action figures and more. Toho even filmed some fights for the American adaptation known to fans as footage of Zyu2. The original series ran for a total of three seasons and 145 episodes, and ended in 1995.
