Crime 101 Trailer Shows Chris Hemsworth & Halle Berry Team up at CinemaCon

While fans patiently wait for updates on Bart Leighton’s upcoming crime thriller Crime 101Ongoing Cinemacon 2025 finally saw the film trailer. The event attendees were the only ones who turned to the film’s first official footage. This clip is not yet available to the public as Cinemacon is an exclusive event that does not allow first look public releases.

Chris Hemsworth-led Crime 101 received its first trailer at the 2025 cinema. The snippet has yet to reach the internet, but Fillm’s discussion shares a detailed description of the footage that premiered at the event.

The trailer for Crime 101 shows the different perspectives of the film’s main characters, including Hemsworth’s Jewel Thief, the broker played by Halle Berry, the dedicated detective of Mark Ruffalo, and the opposing teenagers who worship the motorcycles portrayed by Barry Keoghan. The plot revolves around the characters of Hemsworth and Keogan. The Hemsworth character decides to commit a powerful robbery and steal $11 million.

However, Ruffalo’s detective’s dedication to cracking down on his case leads to falsely complicating Keogan’s unpredictable nature. One of the sequences seen in the Crime 101 trailer highlights the conversation between Mark Ruffalo and Chris Hemsworth after being picked up by the latter during the drive. As they gradually disclose their true intentions, tensions rise and give viewers a glimpse of the strength they can expect from the film.

Apart from the aforementioned actors, Crime 101 also plays a key role in Monica Barbaro and Jennifer Jason Leigh. The film, which was helmed by Bert Leighton, is inspired by the novel by Don Winslow of the same name. The project has not yet received an official release date, but is expected to appear in theaters someday in 2025.
