In the scene entitled “Mission,” Sam shows Sam in a boxing ring with Leila Taylor (Xosha Roquemore), a secret service agent working under President Thadeus “Thunderbolt” Ross (Harrison Ford). Sam asks questions about Leila’s secret surgery. This includes traveling to Mexico to retrieve stolen adamantium (Giancarlo Esposito).

The sequence appears to take place before new falcons, Sam and Joaquin Torres (Danny Ramirez), begin their mission to stand up against the Sidewinder and the Serpent terrorist group. Set in Washington, DC, the scene focuses on discovering categorized targets that appear to have been approved by President Ross’ administration. This scene is not included in the theatrical cuts of the film.
Marvel Studios includes three deleted scenes in the digital release of Captain America: Brave New World, which was announced in theaters in February 2025. The film will be released on April 15th, 2025 on digital platforms such as Apple TV and Amazon.
