The reality star and her ex-husband have come to a resolution on their domestic violence claims, and say she doesn’t need a restraining order anymore.
Deanna Pappas had applied for a restraining order against Stephen Stagliano after a troublesome exchange of alcohol at home on February 27th.

Deanna Pappas moves to attack suppression command requests
The TV alumni eventually reached a consensus with her ex and informed the court of her decision to make a request for a restraining order against him.
Papas’ attorneys appeared in court for a hearing on Thursday’s petition. The reality star had requested that the court order Stagliano to stay 100 yards away from her earlier that month.
At the hearing, TV Star legal officers updated the judge that the reality star had established an agreement with Stagliano. In Touch, the TV star noted that she didn’t respond to the lawsuit before she decided to destroy it.

The estranged couple threw a custody exchange at her home last month
As to why she applied for the restraining order, Pappas mentioned the arrest that occurred after the incident with her ex on February 27 during a custody exchange at her home.
The former reality star claimed that her estranged husband asked her to come near him to see if she was taking alcohol in her breath. She refused to pay attention to her original request and claimed that she had not consumed any form of alcohol, but he was not yet convinced.
Pappas then recalls going indoors and locking the door behind her, but her former partner refuses to let her do the same for the garage door.

After hearing the noise from her garage, she went outside just to face Stagliano. She explained how he grabbed her and pushed her powerfully, urging her to retreat indoors, fearing her safety.
The real star quickly locked the door and waited for the police to arrive. According to her, her daughter recorded the event and provided screenshots of the footage to support her trial.

The former ABC star reportedly passed a drug and alcohol test during his arrest
Papas added that she faced allegations that she physically assaulted him, but she firmly stated that it was “not clearly true.” As a result of these charges, she was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor, but was released a few hours later after posting a $20,000 bond.
After her release, reality was voluntarily undergoing drug and alcohol testing. She claims she returned negative results for both substances.
In the ongoing divorce proceedings, the reality star initially sought primary custody of the child and support of her spouse, but her former sought joint physical custody.
Ultimately, their divorce agreement provides that Stagliano will pay Papas $1,000 in child support each month and $1,500 in spouse support.

Stagliano is said to have been placed under a temporary mental health hold
As the Explosion shares, the former TV star also noted that in her restraint order, Stagliano began physically attacking during her marriage.
The couple, who married in 2011, encountered serious challenges after their separation in January 2023, primarily with regard to Stagliano’s mental health.
Pappas recounted an episode in which Stagliano took a hold of 5150.
In her petition, she made it clear that her intentions were not to undermine Stagliano, but to recognize and deal with the struggle against depression.
Pappas expressed her belief that he was a good father, highlighting the children’s deep love for him. She sought a realistic understanding of their situation.

The 43-year-old tagged her, who was responsible for a series of violent attacks that began in the incident at her home in the fall of 2022. She described the conflict that he showed aggressive behavior, screamed at her, calling her a faint name, which escalated into a physical altercation.
She claims he pressed her into the fridge, pinning her there, tore her shirt and bra, trapped her, and was terrified until she was finally able to resist his huge grip.
In her legal petition, she recounted another surprising episode. There, her estranged partner blocked her exit in the laundry room, screaming at her for a few minutes, effectively embracing her hostage.

She also detailed past incidents from September 1, 2021. Meanwhile, he physically assaulted her in the living room of his parents’ house, where he thrusts her violently onto the bar stool, throwing insults at her, causing her pain.
Additionally, she mentioned the previous incident when she got pregnant in 2016 and had other children.
