DeMario JacksonWith the TV personality owing more than $1 million in damages, legal issues have made a costly turn for him.
Despite the severity of the claim, Jackson appears to have done nothing enough to address the allegations brought against him, leading the court to issue a default judgment in favour of his accuser.

DeMario Jackson’s victim’s lawyer praises the court’s decision

The plaintiffs, identified as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2, sought $250,000 each for pain and suffering, and $250,000 each for emotional pain.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge handed out a default ruling Thursday, awarding the two women a total of $1,003,644.91. Attorney Keith M. Davidson, who represented the accuser, stressed the importance of the ruling.
“As survivors’ advocates, we remain unapologetic in pursuing justice. The court’s default ruling against DeMario Jackson is an important step in holding him accountable for the harm he inflicted on Jane Doh #1 and Jane Doh #2,” he told the contact details.

“Bachelorette” alumni denies allegations of assault
Jackson initially opposed the allegations of sexual assault, claiming that he was innocent and that important evidence supported his claim.
“I, DeMario Jackson, walked directly to the Los Angeles Police Department after being falsely accused of raping two white women without lawyers. The police allowed me to leave freely,” the 38-year-old claimed.
Jackson claimed that his Uber receipt had kept him away from the scene at the time of the suspect’s incident, proving that he was not present at the time of the attack.
He also claimed that he provided investigators with screenshots of text messages from the day after the charges were reported, further supporting his innocence.

Jane Doe 1 reminds me of a tragic encounter
Blast reported that Jane Doe 1, one of the two plaintiffs suing Jackson, said he met him on a dating app in early 2018.
After agreeing to go on a date, she claims he exposed himself to his car, feeling her feelings “shocked and locked up.” She initially believed his apology was sincere and agreed to meet him again.
In court documents, Jane Doh1 claimed Jackson became aggressive on February 16, 2018, and attacked her with a phone call demanding she find out where she was.
When she finally sent her place he arrived without notice and appeared drunk. Worried about his safety, she allowed him to stay, but revealed that he had no sexual activity.
Despite her firm rejection, she claimed that Jackson forced her to pin her and attacked her. “I stated that I would not engage in sexual activity with certain words and actions and did not agree to engage in sexual activity with the defendant,” she recalled, but he refused to listen.

The second plaintiff had similar experience
Jane Doe 2 said Jackson first contacted her on Instagram and invited her on July 7th of that year.
While at his house, she agrees to have wine with him, and the two finally decide to engage in anal sex as she was menstruating. However, she alleged that during the act, Jackson suddenly stopped and forced her to assault.
“Jackson forced me to sexually assault my unprotected P-Nis violently into my unlimited V-gina while my tampon was still inside me.
Jane Doh 1 and Jane Doh 2 sued Jackson for damages, claiming they continued to suffer serious psychological and mental distress.
DeMario Jackson accused him of using fame to target women in attack lawsuits

The charges against Jackson date back to 2022 when two anonymous women first filed their complaints. They alleged that the media personality used his celebrity status to prey on “unsuspecting women” and suffered horrific abuse.
Their lawyer, Keith M. Davidson, emphasized their pursuit of justice against Jackson, claiming that he “used his celebrity status to manipulate, threaten and silence them.”
He likened their claims to others in the #MeToo movement and pledged accountability. “We look forward to seeing all misconductors take responsibility for their despicable and scarring behavior,” Davidson noted.
With the court ruling now in place, DeMario Jackson’s silence in the legal battle may cost him more than mere money.
