“All My Kids” and “NYPD Blue” stars Kim Delaney He was arrested Saturday after authorities described it as a “physical and passionate argument” between the actress and her partner James Morgan.

Badarov claimed that Delaney appeared confused and could have been under the influence. He also claimed that she handed her phone to talk to an unknown individual who provided him with money in exchange for not calling the police.
The “NYPD Blue” star eventually left the scene before officers could respond, leading to a civil lawsuit.
