“All My Kids” and “NYPD Blue” stars Kim Delaney He was arrested Saturday after authorities described it as a “physical and passionate argument” between the actress and her partner James Morgan.
Law enforcement sources confirmed that police responded to a call for domestic obstruction at Kim Delaney’s residence around 10am.

According to TMZparamedics arrived on scene and evaluated both Primetime Emmy Award winners and Morgan for injuries. After being medically cleared, the pair was taken into custody.

Her next court appearance will be set for Tuesday, April 1st. Morgan was arrested about 30 minutes before Delaney, bringing his bail to $20,000, according to the LASD website. He is also scheduled to appear in court on April 1st.

Venice Boulevard Clash turns into a civil lawsuit
In January 2024, the “All My Children” star was sued by motorcyclist DiKhamalvadorov in the November 2022 traffic incident. According to court documents obtained by TMZDelaney is said to have been driving irregularly around Venice Boulevard before colliding with Badarov’s motorcycle.
Witnesses claimed she tried to escape from the scene but were stopped by the bystanders.
Badarov claimed that Delaney appeared confused and could have been under the influence. He also claimed that she handed her phone to talk to an unknown individual who provided him with money in exchange for not calling the police.
The “NYPD Blue” star eventually left the scene before officers could respond, leading to a civil lawsuit.

Kim Delaney ordered Community Services and DUI programs to be completed over 2022
