Aerosmith's Steven Tyler Slams Sexual Assault Accuser For Thwarting His Philanthropic Efforts

His lawyers said the experience encouraged artists to use his celebrity status to raise funds for both heroic firefighters. He also wanted to expand his financial aid to Johnny’s Fund, a charity dedicated to supporting young women and girls who face abuse and neglect.

To support these causes, Tyler worked with the gorgeous grocery store Elewon to create and sell a special soft serve Sunday featuring his name and celebrate two of Aerosmith’s biggest hits. The proceeds from these sales were intended to benefit the abused firefighters and survivors.

However, in February, Misley’s legal team wrote to Elewon, demanding that Sunday be removed, citing the allegations against the Star. Tyler’s team claimed that the letter attempted to disrupt the charity work.

Bellino said the incident occurred at the Warwick Hotel, where he went with Aerosmith. She explained that her decision to take the group to the hotel was driven by a shared ride arrangement with friends as she had split the costs to return to Queens.

In her lawsuit, she argued that the experience caused serious mental and physical pain, leading to permanent emotional distress and various personal injury.
