In the aftermath of the devastating wildfires that destroyed Southern California in 2025, Tyler was deeply moved by the destruction and courage shown by the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
His lawyers said the experience encouraged artists to use his celebrity status to raise funds for both heroic firefighters. He also wanted to expand his financial aid to Johnny’s Fund, a charity dedicated to supporting young women and girls who face abuse and neglect.
To support these causes, Tyler worked with the gorgeous grocery store Elewon to create and sell a special soft serve Sunday featuring his name and celebrate two of Aerosmith’s biggest hits. The proceeds from these sales were intended to benefit the abused firefighters and survivors.

77-year-old sexual assault accusations
In 2022, Misley sued Tyler for sexual assault, sexual assault and mental distress. The accuser claimed he met at Aerosmith’s concert at the age of 16, and Stephen was 25.
She claimed he invited her to his hotel room and committed sexual misconduct. They then began a relationship. Mithley continued that Tyler once asked her mother to sign a paperwork that would grant her guardianship.
She describes her experience traveling with the Rockstar, during which he allegedly provided her with drugs and alcohol, and attacked her repeatedly.
In her application, the accuser said she was pregnant with the Rockstar child in 1975, and he urged her to have an abortion. He reportedly feared that the child could be born with defects due to the fire in the apartment they were involved in.
Mithley referenced the 2011 singer’s memoir in the lawsuit, highlighting a section that mentioned that she was almost married to a “teen bride.”
Tyler pointed out that the girl’s parents “fallen in love” with him. He also said that if he took her out of state during the tour, his parents signed him through custody.

The “crazy” singer claimed that his accuser had failed to pay him the fee ordered by the court.
The performer firmly denied all allegations of misconduct against him, and argued that the allegations of emotional distress should be dismissed before the lawsuit advances.
He also argued that his memoirs were protected under the First Amendment. To defend his position, Tyler’s lawyers criticized Missley for portraying his previous public, multi-year relationship.
The lawyer suggested that her claims misrepresented the facts and oversimplified the complex situation. The judge agreed with Tyler’s attitude, dismissing the allegations of emotional distress and ruled in his favor.
As a result, Tyler was awarded a legal fee of $115,000 to protect himself. However, the artist accused Missley of not paying for the decision since the verdict.
