Sia’s former responded to the divorce petition by requesting the support of a one-way spouse. According to the documents, Daniel officially submitted a response on April 3, and their marriage continued from December 28, 2022 to March 18, 2025.
The couple shares their one-year-old son Somersault Wonder Bernad, born in March 2024. In his submission, Daniel admitted that the marriage ended due to “irreconcilable differences.”
He is currently seeking joint legal and physical custody of his son, along with monthly spouse support from the SIA. Daniel also requested that the court terminate his right to support his spouse from him.

Regarding their community property, Touch said Daniel is currently unaware of the full scope of shared assets and liabilities, but he intends to correct his response once this information is clear.
