’90s R&B singer Mark Morrison was accused of battery in a restaurant incident
According to the police report obtained TMZthe 50-year-old British R&B singer cursed “Righting Into into” Lubervin on Saturday evening, screaming and screaming at the facility’s general manager, Nicola La Bacca.

According to Riillo, when the music was too loud, the venue’s general manager told Morrison that he had no authority to request an increase in volume.
As a result, Riillo said, “Mark Morrison is back on Saturday night and is back looking for a fight.”

Morrison was released Sunday morning after posting a $1,000 bond. He is scheduled to be arrested April 15 at Palm Beach County Courthouse in West Palm Beach, court records show.

Despite his musical success, Morrison’s career is repeatedly hidden in legal trouble.
