Who will host the 2026 Golden Globes?
Nikki Glaser has been selected to host the 2026 Golden Globes. This will be Glaser’s ceremony for the second year in a row.
“Hosting the Golden Globes this year has definitely been the most enjoyable thing I’ve ever had in my career,” Glaser said in a statement. “I can’t wait to do it again, this time in front of a White Lotus team who finally recognizes my talent in Season 4 and has a shadowy past as an instructor at Pilates in Scandinavian.”
“This year, Nikki Glaser brought refreshing sparks and fearless wit to the Golden Globes stage,” said Golden Globes Helen Hone. “Her sharp humor and bold presence sets an unforgettable night tone, and the ceremony is lively and gives almost every bit of fun.”
At the 2025 Golden Globes, Glaser became the first woman to hold a ceremony solo. Glaser received great acclaim as the host of the world’s biggest awards show celebrating film and television. Glaser took over comedian Jo Koy, who held the 2024 ceremony.
Glaser’s 2024 may have been the best professional. The New York Times named it the 2024 “Codian of the Year.” Glaser’s 2024 HBO special, one day, was the best premier night on the network of comedy specials in over two years. One day you die, recorded the biggest streaming audience for HBO/MAX history comedy special. The special won a Glazers Guild Award for Critics Choice, Golden Globes, Grammys and Emmys.
Glaser recently wrapped up her global Good Girl stand-up tour. The comedian tours the US, Canada and Australia on his Alive and Well tour, which runs until October 2025.
Dick Clark Productions plans, hosts and produces the annual Golden Globe Awards.
