What did Walton Goggins say about the snake attack on the White Lotus Season 3 set?
Jimmy Kimmel Live! When he recently appeared in the film, Goggins opened up about his experiences he had while filming the show. In the latest episode of the series, Goggins’ character Rick gets high, starting to release the snake from the snake farm, his girlfriend becomes a bit and rushes to the hospital.
According to Goggins, there was actually opposition while filming the scene.
“When I was pulling out the snake, he didn’t want to come, right? And the snake turned around and he bit me. Goggins stated that he instead began screaming, “Oh my god, I’m little by little to the snake!” while he hoped he might have been “cool.”
Thankfully, Goggins was fine for filming for the rest of the day. However, he said the next day the producer called and suggested that it might be best to actually travel to the hospital.
“Hey, you know what, we were thinking about it, but I don’t know, we think you should go to the hospital,” I said, “What’s the reason? You said the snake wasn’t venom, right? Am I dying slowly?” recalls Goggins.
White Lotus Season 3 leads newcomers to series such as Walton Goggins, Amy Loowood, Jason Isaacs and Carrie Coon. Natasha Rothwell also recreates her role as Belinda, introduced in White Lotus Season 1 in a new chapter.

White writes and directs White Lotus Season 3. He is also executive producer alongside David Bernad and Mark Cummin.
Premiering in July 2021 and set in Hawaii, White Lotus’ first season received 20 Emmy nominations in 13 categories and 10 wins. White Lotus Season 2 arrived in December 2022 and was set in Sicily. That season received 23 Emmy Award nominations and five wins. The first two seasons of White Lotus both starred Jennifer Coolidge along with a variety of ensemble cast.
