His ominous history was revealed in October 2012 when an audio recording surfaced Collins detailing an incident of sexual misconduct.
On the recording, Stephen Collins inappropriately touched on minors in 1973 and admitted to being exposed to two other minor girls in 1982 and 1994.

In the recording, he was captured by his ex-wife, Fay Grant, during a treatment session. TMZCollins can be heard telling the incident involving a young girl, a relative of his first wife, and admitting that he exposed herself to her “several times.”
“There was a moment when I touched her hand and I put her hand on my penis,” he said.
He detailed two additional cases involving a young girl, including one case in which the victim was between the ages of 12 and 13.
That same month, in a recorded interview with Katie Courick on “20/20,” Collins denied being a pedophile. Authorities began an investigation, but he was not charged with a crime due to the law restricting it to expire.

Now, his scandal will be reconsidered in the premiere episode of ID’s new series, “Hollywood Demons,” which is scheduled to debut on March 24th.

Collins’ second victim speaks

In the episode, Collins’ second victim, April Price, also moved forward, accusing him of minimizing the extent of his actions during an interview with “ABC 20/20.”
During a TV conversation, Collins claimed that the facial expression on April after he exposed himself “stops everything cold.” However, in the documentary, April firmly challenges his version of the event, revealing that he was exposed to her again after the first incident.
“That wasn’t what happened,” she insisted. “The way he portrayed it, it only happened once, sent me into rage. He’s trying to save his career and he’s downplaying it.”
April said she was 13 at the time of her meeting with Collins.

She recounted when she asked Collins to connect the game controller to her aunt’s TV.
“He’s in the living room of my aunt’s apartment, connecting the bites, turning around, his jeans are completely open and he’s completely exposed,” she said. “At this point, I’m totally upset now. How do you react to it? What is the purpose of this?”
“All I know is that I was shocked and very uncomfortable, and still, I didn’t want to humiliate him because he was kind and kind and kind to me,” she continued. “I’m looking at him in my face and trying to talk to him as if nothing had happened. He chatted a bit before leaving.”
She said the second incident happened a few days before she was due to return to Oklahoma.
